Organization and Management
The 20-month program takes place online in a flexible learning environment. You'll work in small teams, developing partnerships with our distinguished faculty and other student professionals from a wide variety of fields-among them, corporations, nonprofits, education, and government.

Graduate Certificate Programs
Five graduate certificate programs are designed for professionals who have advanced degrees in other fields and want to develop additional expertise, or for those professionals who are considering completing the full Master's degree, but wishing to begin with certificate coursework. Certificates are currently offered in Leadership and Change Management, Evidence Based Coaching, OD Practitioner, and Integral Studies.

Accreditation and Approvals
Fielding Graduate University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program is accredited by the American Psychological Association.

Fielding is a member of the National Council of Schools of Professional Psychology (NCSPP), the Council for the Advancement of Experiential Learning (CAEL), the Council of Graduate Departments of Psychology (COGDOP), the Federation of Behavioral, Psychological, and Cognitive Sciences, the American Council on Education (ACE), and the Council of Graduate Schools in the United States (CGS).
